Sidramappa Gouni

Sidramappa Gouni has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry spanning over several years. Sidramappa started their career as a Site Civil Engineer at Ajmera Realty & Infra (I) Ltd., where they were involved in the construction of G+4 story buildings. Sidramappa then moved on to work as a Site Engineer at LOK HOLDINGS & CONSTRUCTIONS LIMITED, supervising the construction of G+7 story buildings.

In 1992, Sidramappa joined Godrej Properties Limited as an Executive Construction. In this role, they handled drafting construction documents, bidding, negotiations, contractor selection, and monitored material purchasing and project budget. Sidramappa also coordinated between design and liaison architects and ensured project development and quality control.

Sidramappa gained more experience as a Project Manager at Neelkanth Group, where they successfully managed multiple projects, including Neelkanth Greens Project at Thane, Neelkanth Woods Project at Thane, and Neelkanth Garden Project at Chembur. These projects involved the construction of various types of buildings, towers, bungalows, and clubhouses.

Sidramappa then served as the Vice President Projects at Gitanjali Infratech Ltd, where they provided leadership and oversaw project execution for a significant period of three years. Following this, they worked as the General Manager-Projects at Tata Housing Development Company Limited, spearheading overall project execution, ensuring resource availability, adhering to quality and safety standards, and achieving time and cost targets.

Most recently, Sidramappa holds the position of Vice President Engineering at Dosti Realty, where they continue to utilize their engineering expertise and contribute to the success of the company.

Sidramappa Gouni completed a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Gulbarga University, Gulbarga, from 1983 to 1988. In 2014, they also attended SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research for a Project Management Programme.
