Amit Innes

Amit Innes has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Amit currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Dot Compliance since October 2021. Prior to this, from September 2019 to September 2021, they worked as the VP of Finance at EverC, where they played a crucial role in managing a $35M fundraising round and establishing the company's finance department and infrastructure.

Before joining EverC, Amit worked at Walmart as the VP of Finance for Upstream Commerce from September 2018 to September 2019. During their time there, they reported directly to the Upstream Commerce CEO. Prior to Upstream Commerce's acquisition by Walmart, Amit held the same role at Upstream Commerce from March 2016 to September 2018, where they were a key member of the executive management team and reported to the company's CEO.

Before venturing into the tech industry, Amit gained significant experience in finance and auditing. Amit worked at NCR Corporation as a Controller for Retalix, a subsidiary of NCR, from November 2012 to March 2016. Prior to that, they served as a Controller at Retalix from April 2010 to November 2012. Earlier in their career, they worked at Deloitte & Touche as a Senior Auditor in the "High-Tech" group from November 2006 to April 2010.

Amit's career began in 2004 at Shopping.com, an eBay company, where they worked as a Data Miner until November 2006. Overall, Amit Innes possesses a strong background in finance, with experience in leadership roles and significant contributions to fundraising, establishing finance departments, and executive management.

Amit Innes has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, which was obtained from Tel Aviv University. This degree was completed from 2011 to 2012. Prior to that, Amit earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Economics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev. This degree included graduation from public accounting certification studies and was completed from 2004 to 2007. In addition, Amit obtained the CPA (Israel) certification from the ICPAS in March 2010.
