Itai Elboim

Itai Elboim has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the IT industry. Itai is currently serving as the Director of Professional Services at Dot Compliance, a position they have held since May 2021. Before joining Dot Compliance, Itai worked at Veeva Systems as a Senior Consultant Vault QMS from August 2019 to May 2021.

Prior to that, Itai worked at Panoramic Power as the Global Director of Customer Success and Professional Services from September 2013 to August 2019. In this role, they were responsible for establishing and strengthening the customer success and services organization. Itai developed methodologies, procedures, and tools to implement solutions and drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction. Itai also coached customers to achieve their business goals and maximize ROI.

Before joining Panoramic Power, Itai worked at Sparta Systems Inc. in multiple roles from September 2008 to August 2013. Itai started as the Strategic Solution Consulting Manager, where they coordinated with Senior Sales Executives to evaluate account needs, develop business and sales strategies, and manage customer relations. Itai then became the Manager of Channel Sales, supporting Channel Sales Account Executives in partner recruitment and implementation supervision. Lastly, they served as the Senior Solution Delivery Manager, overseeing the execution of global implementations for Fortune 500 and 1000 companies.

Itai's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Project Manager at AMCG USA Ltd. from February 2001 to November 2004, where they led and managed various projects for Intel Corporation and IBM. Itai also worked as an Implementation Project Manager at SAP Labs Israel from October 1998 to January 2001, leading a team in complex software implementation projects.

Throughout their career, Itai has demonstrated strong leadership, project management, and customer success skills while working for reputable companies in the IT industry.

Itai Elboim attended the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, specializing in Management Information Systems. Itai achieved a GPA of 3.5 during their studies.
