Helen Cornell

Helen Cornell has extensive leadership experience in various industries, currently serving as a Trustee at Brescia University since October 2018 and holding directorships at Dot Foods and Hillenbrand Inc. since April 2012 and August 2011, respectively. Previously, Helen held the position of President and CEO at Owensboro Grain Holding Company, Inc. from December 2015 to January 2023 and served as a Director there from January 1998 to January 2023. Additional directorships include Alamo Group Inc. from March 2011 to December 2016, and a tenure as EVP of Finance and CFO at Gardner Denver from May 1988 until retirement in November 2010. Helen Cornell obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Vanderbilt and a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.
