Jodi Butts

Jodi Butts is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in corporate governance and advisory roles across diverse sectors. Currently a Partner at Watson Board Advisors since January 2022, Jodi also serves as an Independent Board Director for Tilray Brands, Inc. and Canada Goose, and holds various leadership positions, including Chair of the Board of Directors for The Walrus and PharmAla Biotech Inc. Jodi has been an Advisory Board Member for Bayshore HealthCare since June 2015 and contributes as an Expert Panel Member for the Canadian Centre for the Purpose of the Corporation. Educational achievements include degrees from the University of Toronto, University of Windsor, and Ryerson University, complemented by practical governance training from the Mount Sinai Leadership Institute and other institutions.
