Eliza Jappinen

Eliza Jappinen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the creative and gaming industries. Currently serving as the Head of IP Development and Developer Relations at Dot Play since June 2024, Eliza also holds the position of CEO at Visible Realms since May 2017, where responsibilities include producing games with a data-focused development approach. Additionally, Eliza contributes as a Guest Lecturer at Aalto University, teaching courses on storyboarding and production design. Previous roles include Artist/Creator at Studio Killers and Producer at Unicorn Pirates Studio, where involvement in projects such as RuPaul's Drag Race Superstar showcased strong leadership in production and direction. Eliza co-founded Anima Boutique Oy, aimed at contemporary animation production, and has also worked as a Creative Director at Shiing, focusing on brand management and development. This diverse background is complemented by education in executive training and design from notable institutions.
