Agnieszka Rejchinbach

Agnieszka Rejchinbach serves as the Group Production & Planning Director at DOT2DOT SA since August 2017, responsible for managing two production facilities and supporting departments with an approximate workforce of 300 employees. Previous roles include Director of Planning and Production, Director of R&D and Production, and Production Director, focusing on optimization, centralization of pre-production departments, and the implementation of Lean Management. Earlier experience includes Production Manager at Druk Markuszewscy Sp. z o.o. and Lean Engineer at DOVISTA Polska Sp. z o.o., where Agnieszka concentrated on production optimization projects. Agnieszka holds a Master’s degree in Production Systems Management from Gdańsk University of Technology, a postgraduate degree in Operational Management, and an Executive MBA from WSB Merito Gdańsk.
