Vince Scafaria, CFA

Vince Scafaria, CFA has a long history of experience in the finance industry. Vince began their career in 1996 as a Banker at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. Vince then moved to DLJ Merchant Banking where they held the roles of Associate, Sr. Analyst, and Analyst. During this period, they were heavily involved in determining appropriate valuation and capital structures, and closed numerous deals including six going-private (LBO) deals and several dozen financings (IPO, high yield, bridge, restructuring). Vince also taught financial modeling and valuation over a four year period (new hires of 1996 to 1999) through a series of full-day courses. In 1999, Vince became the Founder & CEO of DealMaven Inc. In 2008, they joined FactSet Research Systems as VP, Director of Operations, Investment Banking and VP, Product Strategist, Investment Banking. Finally, in 2009, they became the CEO of DotAlign Cloud, a company that helps firms understand their collective relationship networks without requiring manual input.

Vince Scafaria, CFA obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Strategic Management from The Wharton School in 1995. Vince also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification from the CFA Institute.
