Zihan Zhang's work experience includes roles in various companies starting from 2013. They began as an intern at Jiangnan Environmenta Protection Group Inc in 2017, followed by an analyst internship at PLA University of Science and Technology. They also worked as a communication executive at Robodub Inc. In 2015, Zihan worked as a teaching assistant at Kumon North America, Inc. Later, in 2014, they served as a student assistant at both美国华盛顿大学and 环球雅思培训学院. They then joined WebEye Mob as an account manager, where they worked until 2020, with a brief stint as a BD manager as well. In 2020, Zihan joined DotC United Group as a business assistant to the vice president before becoming the team leader of the Business Development and Operation Team. Currently, they are working at Amazon as an MM Seller Management.

Zihan Zhang earned a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Washington, where they attended from 2011 to 2015.
