Shontelle Nicholas

Shontelle Nicholas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in management, delivery, and recruitment across various retail and technology sectors. Currently serving as the General Manager at DotCollective since July 2019, Shontelle has implemented strategic processes as a Delivery Manager and previously contributed as a Delivery Lead in the eCommerce space. Co-founding Commerce The Label in June 2024, Shontelle focuses on retail technology and customer experience. Prior roles include Recruitment Coordinator and Business Manager at Accent Group Limited, State Training Manager at Lovisa Pty Ltd, and Technician & Sales at Apple. Shontelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Massey University, along with ongoing digital marketing studies at RMIT University.
