Ricardo Gomez

Ricardo Gomez, SHRM-CP, serves as a Human Resources Generalist at Douglas Omaha Technology Commission (DOTComm) since May 2023. Previously, from October 2020 to May 2023, Ricardo held the position of Senior Recruiting Coordinator at Boys Town, where responsibilities included guiding new hires through the onboarding process. Prior to Boys Town, Ricardo worked as a Recruitment Coordinator/Administrative Assistant for the Ponca Tribe of Nebraska from August 2014 to May 2020, managing full-cycle recruitment and serving as the HR point of contact. Initial experience in human resources began as an intern, gaining exposure to various HR functions.
