Michaela Whitaker

Michaela Whitaker is currently serving as the Assistant Volleyball Coach at Columbia International University since August 2025 and holds the position of Human Resources Assistant at Isola Group starting February 2024. Michaela has previously worked as a Graduate Assistant Volleyball Coach at Bethel University from January to June 2025 and as Head Coach at NIVA from November 2021 to June 2025. Additional experience includes roles as a Substitute Teacher at Edustaff from August 2022 to February 2024, a Human Resource Intern at Henderson Engineers during May to July 2023, and multiple Human Resources Intern positions at Genesis Products from August 2020 to August 2022. Michaela began a career in retail as a Store Cashier at Martins Super Markets from March 2019 to June 2021 and has also interned in human resources at Genesis Products in the summer of 2019. Michaela holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Bethel University, expected to complete in August 2025, and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the same university, completed in December 2023, along with education at Ivy Tech Community College from August 2019 to May 2021.
