Melissa Gray

Melissa Gray is a seasoned culinary professional with extensive experience in recipe development, food styling, and kitchen management. Currently serving as a Senior Recipe Developer & Tester at Dotdash Meredith since October 2019, Melissa collaborates with editorial teams to create original recipes and enhance food presentation for photography. Previous positions include Assistant Test Kitchen Director and Food Stylist/Recipe Developer at Hoffman Media, where Melissa developed over 1,000 recipes and played a key role in kitchen operations. Additional experience includes management training at The Culinary Institute of America and internships in food and beverage management. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Professional Studies and an Associate of Occupational Studies in Culinary Arts Management and Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America.
