Rachel Colbert

Rachel Colbert has a work experience spanning over a decade. Rachel is currently the Head of Customer Success at dotdigital Group plc since January 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at dotmailer, including Head Of Account Management from July 2018, Group Senior Account Manager from July 2016 to June 2018, and Senior Account Manager from January 2014 to June 2016. Rachel'sresponsibilities included working with clients to maximize results from email marketing campaigns, troubleshooting email campaigns, assisting new clients in email marketing, and optimizing calls to action. Rachel also worked as a Student Guide at Edge Hill University in 2010 and 2011.
