Marlene Schroeder Med. Mrh.

Marlene Schroeder Med. Mrh. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in training, education, and marketing. Currently serving as Team Lead Supervisor at doTERRA International LLC since November 2017, Marlene has previously held roles such as Trainer Manager at Mary Kay Cosmetics, where independent sales force education programs were created and implemented across Mexico. In the academic realm, Marlene served as a professor at TECNOLÓGICO DE MONTERREY and UDEM, focusing on Organizational Communication and Ethics in Mass Media. Earlier career experience includes a marketing management position at John Deere, where responsibilities encompassed advertisement, public relations, and internal communications.
