Alex V. Iacovlev is a seasoned systems analyst, software architect, requirements and project manager, Microsoft Certified Professional, and .NET programmer, with nearly 20 years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on e-government reform, and he has worked on donor-funded projects in over twenty countries. He led multinational teams delivering end-to-end software solutions and consulting services across all phases of the systems development life cycle and all three branches of government.
