Hunny Bhagchandani has a wide range of work experience. In 2016, they began as an Intern at Adani Wilmar, where they worked on inbound and outbound logistics, material management, online QC FG, palatalization, warehouse management, ABC data analysis, and FIFO for FG. These 7 projects increased the $1.5 Mn of profit per month for the company. In 2017, Hunny founded Torchit Electronics Pvt. Ltd., a social venture dedicated to the upliftment and empowerment of the specially abled population. In 2019, Hunny became the Director of Dot Inc., and was also awarded the Leaders in Innovation Fellowship by the Royal Academy of Engineering. In 2021, Hunny became a Member of Meaningful Business, a global community of leaders who are combining profit and purpose to help achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals by 2030. Hunny also joined the Gujarat Youth Forum as a Board Member. In 2022, Hunny became a Business Mentor at the Founder Institute and an Ambassador for One Young World. Hunny also joined the Institute of Advanced Research, Gandhinagar as a Board Member, and the Tehran Investment and Public Participation Organization as an Ambassador.

Hunny Bhagchandani has a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Industrial Engineering from Pandit Deendayal Energy University (2013-2017). Hunny also attended the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad for an Executive Leadership Programme in Business Administration and Management, Leadership (2018-2019). In 2015, they attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology for the MIT Media Lab | Enabling Toys in Grassroots Innovation. Additionally, Hunny Bhagchandani has obtained a number of certifications, including the BSE Impact Award 2019 - Most Innovative from BSE Institute Ltd (March 2019), Tech 30 & Most 50 Innovative Company in 2019 from YourStory Media (March 2019), Super Jury Scale-UP Award from Vibrant Gujarat (October 2018), Best Innovation in Social Sector from IIGP 2.0 (September 2018), and Millennium Allience R5 from FICCI (June 2016).
