Vlada Nacu is an experienced financial professional with a strong background in chargeback management, KYC processes, and reporting. Currently serving as an Alternate MLCO and Financial Manager at Doto since August 2018, Vlada oversees daily chargeback and fraud monitoring, prepares reports, and collaborates with various departments including KYC, Risk Monitoring, and Payments. Prior experience includes roles at UFX.COM, where Vlada managed the Back Office Department and the KYC Department, focusing on client verification and training employees, and at Citycell as an Administrative Clerk.
