Eugenia Balysheva

Eugenia Balysheva is the co-founder and COO at Dotphoton, where Eugenia focuses on bringing the reliability and scalability of critical image data AI-based processing in various industries. Alongside their role at Dotphoton, Eugenia also works as a trainer and startup coach at Venturelab, training and coaching Swiss high-tech startups for the Innosuisse Start-up Training. With a background in photography and account management, as well as a MA in International Communications from the University of Leeds, Eugenia brings a well-rounded skill set to their current positions.
