Melissa Villaceran

Melissa Vu is a dedicated food technologist currently employed at Double B Foods since June 2022, bringing expertise in research and development. Previously, Melissa served as a Production Associate at HelloFresh from August 2021 to April 2022, where responsibilities included ensuring product quality, production efficiency, and adherence to GMP and HACCP protocols. Earlier experience includes an administrative assistant role at Texas Woman's University in late 2018, managing campus event reservations and recreational rentals. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food and Nutrition in Business and Industry from Texas Woman's University.
