Charles Ragan

Charles Ragan is a seasoned finance professional with over three decades of experience in the real estate and resort industries. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Double Diamond Resorts since May 2006, Ragan oversees financial operations for a company that specializes in upscale resort community development, managing projects across 15,000 acres in Texas and Pennsylvania. Prior to this role, Ragan held various positions at Pan American Capital Corp from 1995 to 2005, including Vice President of Finance and Director of Acquisitions, focusing on the redevelopment of historic properties in Downtown Dallas. Additional experience includes work as an Investment/Multi-Family Broker at Henry S. Miller Commercial and CBRE. Ragan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
