Veronica Seebold

Veronica Jimenez Seebold is a bilingual manufacturing operations specialist with extensive experience in the field. They began their career as a Teaching Assistant at The Pennsylvania State University and progressed through various roles at Hormel Foods, where they held positions including Associate Production Supervisor and Associate Product Manufacturing Manager. In 2021, they served as Production Manager at Custom Made Meals before becoming Director of Manufacturing Operations at Elevation Labs from 2023 to 2025. Currently, they are the Plant Manager at Double Good. Veronica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Agribusiness from Penn State University and also studied Business Administration at Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
