Daniel R. has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Daniel began their career at JDSU, where they held various positions including Director of Manufacturing, Production/Manufacturing Plant Manager, and Materials Manager. In these roles, they demonstrated strong leadership skills, overseeing large teams and managing budgets.

Daniel then moved to The Woodbridge Group as a Plant Manager, where they successfully transformed an unprofitable manufacturing division into a profitable site within six months.

After that, Daniel worked at Church & Dwight as a Plant Manager, where they implemented Lean Manufacturing practices and strategic plans to significantly increase profit in a consumer packaging division.

Daniel then joined Silgan Plastics as a Plant Manager, responsible for overseeing the operations, management, and costs of a plastics packaging division.

Prior to their current role, Daniel worked at Coregistics as the General Manager/Director of Operations. Daniel was responsible for the sales, operations, and management of a high-velocity supply chain optimization and contract manufacturing site.

Currently, Daniel holds the position of Director of Operations/Vice President at Double H Plastics, Inc. in which they oversee the operations and holds full P&L ownership.

Daniel R. attended the University of Pittsburgh from 1983 to 1987, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, Rhetoric, English, and History. In 2001, they obtained a Certificate in Executive Development/Management from The Wharton School. In 2008, Daniel R. completed a Six Sigma Green Belt program, specializing in Lean & Six Sigma.
