Wita Permata

Wita Permata currently serves as F&B Kitchen Administrative at DOUBLE-SIX Luxury Hotel in Seminyak since September 2023, managing inventory and creating work schedules for kitchen staff. Prior experience includes F&B Admin at Swiss-Belresort Watu Jimbar, where responsibilities involved hosting breakfast service and tracking beverage stock levels. Wita also completed a Human Resources trainee position at Discovery Kartika Plaza Hotel, managing employee information and screening resumes. Additional roles span various food and beverage positions, including traineeships at Pullman Bali Legian Beach Hotel, InterContinental Bali Resort, Hilton Garden Inn Bali Ngurah Rai Airport, Bamboo Bar & Grill, and Y Bar Bali. Wita holds a degree from The International Institute of Tourism & Business, completed in 2023.
