Charles Hess has over 8 years of work experience. From 2010 to 2016, they worked at WRSU-FM Rutgers Radio, where they served as Assistant General Manager, Chief Announcer, and Radio DJ. In this role, they were responsible for conflict resolution, coordinating and supervising team projects and promotional events, training more than sixty team members in one-on-one instructional sessions, and creating documents for managers to use in training and testing.
