Synthia Fairman

Synthia Fairman is a dynamic entrepreneur and experienced program coordinator with a strong background in child and youth services. As the Co-Founder and CEO of Camp Doublemint since June 2020, Synthia has created a vibrant pop-up camp for toddlers aged 1-6, fostering healthy socialization in a fun environment. Additionally, Synthia co-founded Doublemint Sitting, LLC in September 2016, establishing it as a leading referral service for babysitting and pet sitting in the Tampa Bay area and beyond. Synthia's extensive experience also includes serving as Program Coordinator for Camp Shalom Of Central Florida and previous roles in membership sales and youth program direction at various YMCA locations. Academically, Synthia holds multiple degrees from Florida SouthWestern State College, including a Bachelor's in Public Safety and Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Supervision, along with two associate degrees in Criminal Justice/Safety Studies and Legal Assistant/Paralegal.
