Jye Smith

Jye Smith is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in creative strategy and brand development. As the Managing Director and Head of Creative & Strategy at DOUBLESTAR CO since May 2019, Jye leads a talented team specializing in design, digital, and film, focusing on driving growth and creativity for brands. Jye also founded the company, which has successfully collaborated with over 20 consumer, technology, and sustainability start-ups. In addition to leadership roles at DOUBLESTAR, Jye serves as the Founder and Coach at You're Good, Get Better, and holds prominent positions such as President of the Board at Vibewire and Trustee at the Awesome Foundation. Past roles include General Manager at Red Engine SCC and Director at PwC, Weber Shandwick, and Constituency Management Group, showcasing a strong background in strategic planning, digital marketing, and community engagement.
