Randy's background spans a variety of positions in hospitality, including managerial roles in food and beverage operations, and experience in executive positions such as Chief Operating Officer at Tex-Mex Management, LLC. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University, Randy has a proven track record of leadership, strategic planning, and team development across various capacities in the hospitality industry.
