Sydney Croteau has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Sydney is currently working as a Team Lead in Social Strategy & Operations at DoubleVerify since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at OpenSlate from July 2018 to July 2022, where they held roles such as Senior Client Engagement Manager and Data Operations Associate. Sydney also worked at Doctor.com as a Senior Practice Associate from October 2017 to June 2018. Sydney has experience in the healthcare sector as well, having worked at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital-Needham as a Practice Assistant from November 2016 to July 2017 and Lifeline Ambulance Service, LLC as an EMT from August 2016 to November 2016. In addition, they have experience at Boston University Student Health Services as a Student EMT and Instructor Intern from September 2015 to May 2016. Sydney's early work experience includes volunteering as an Emergency Department Volunteer Greeter at Newton-Wellesley Hospital in 2015 and serving as a Summer Camp Counselor/Waterski Director at YMCA Camp Coniston from May 2011 to August 2015.

Sydney Croteau completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Sciences at Boston University from 2012 to 2016. In addition to their education, Sydney obtained certifications as a CPR Instructor in 2016, an Emergency Medical Technician in 2015 from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians, a Lifeguard in 2015 from the American Red Cross, and completed Health Care Provider CPR & AED training in 2015 from the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
