Kimberly Johnson-Hopkins is an experienced planner currently serving at Doucet since June 2022. Kimberly holds a Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from Prairie View A&M University.
