Carolina Carraro

Carolina Carraro possesses extensive experience in demand planning and production management across various companies in the fashion and eyewear industries. Carolina has been serving as a Demand Planner at Stevanato Group since April 2025. Prior to this role, Carolina worked as an EMEA Demand Planner at Kering Eyewear from January 2022 to April 2025, and was involved in production planning at Calzedonia Group from July 2020 to January 2022. Carolina began career as a Production Planner Intern at Bottega Veneta from September 2019 to March 2020. Carolina holds a Laurea Magistrale in Ingegneria Gestionale from Università degli Studi di Padova, obtained in 2020, and a Laurea in the same field from the same university, completed in 2018.
