Carol Stoppel

Carol Stoppel serves as the Community Relations Supervisor at Douglas College since September 2021. With a diverse background in ownership and management roles, Stoppel founded and operated Happy Maximum from September 2016 until January 2024, focusing on leadership and development planning, as well as coaching and training for individual career advancement. Previous experience includes serving as the Manager of Advancement and Alumni Affairs at Emily Carr University of Art and Design, where responsibilities encompassed the development and management of alumni programs and capital campaigns, and as the Owner of Hype Hair Studio Inc., a prestigious salon and esthetics studio. Stoppel holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Sociology from The University of British Columbia and a diploma in Retail Business Fundamentals from Capilano University.
