George Teal has extensive experience in both public service and consulting. Currently serving as Commissioner for District 2 at Douglas County since January 2021, George also operates as Principal at Teal Consulting Resources, a role initiated in May 2004. In addition, George has been a Board Member at the Denver Regional Council of Governments since May 2014 and was a Senior Technical Consultant at Tridex Systems in 2020. Previously, George held the position of Councilmember for the 6th District in the Town of Castle Rock from April 2014 to December 2020, and served as a Senior Software Analyst at FloWorks International from 2016 to 2019. Notably, George contributed as a member of the Colorado Governor's Transition Committee in 2010.
