Jolene Cullen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in criminal justice, behavioral health, and education. Currently serving as a House Arrest Officer for Douglas County Kansas since July 2017, Jolene also holds a role as an adjunct faculty member at both Highland Community College and MidAmerica Nazarene University. Previously, Jolene worked as a City Commissioner for the City of Eudora and as a House Arrest Officer in the Department of Corrections for Johnson County. Additionally, Jolene has experience in child protective services as a Child Abuse Investigator and served as a Foster Care Coordinator at Hillcrest Family Services. Jolene is also an Independent Travel Agent with Magical Adventures Travel Inc. Jolene holds a Master's degree in Criminal Justice from New Mexico State University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology/Criminal Justice from Missouri State University.
