Leeann Hayen

LeeAnn Hayen is an accomplished educator with extensive experience in school leadership and instructional coaching. Currently serving as the School Principal at Douglas County School District since July 2021, LeeAnn previously held roles as an Educator and Instructional Coach at Cherry Creek School District and as Partnerships Manager at Future Design School. Additionally, LeeAnn demonstrated strong leadership as Principal at Castle Rock Middle School, fostering innovation and student empowerment. Prior experience also includes serving as a Teacher Coach and Professional Development Lead at Sky Vista Middle School, where LeeAnn supported the implementation of the Parallel Curriculum Model. Educational credentials include a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor’s degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Colorado State University, along with a Principal License in Secondary School Administration.
