Shaemus O'Brien

Shaemus O'Brien is an experienced culinary professional with a strong background in hospitality and food service management. Currently serving as a Culinary & Hospitality Program Developer at Douglas County School District since August 2022, Shaemus previously held the position of Director of Food and Beverage at Pyramid Hotel Group from February 2022 to August 2022. Additionally, Shaemus has extensive experience as Executive Chef at DoubleTree by Hilton Denver from July 2006 to August 2022 and at Hilton Worldwide from July 2007 to March 2022. Shaemus holds an Associate degree in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University, where studies were completed between 1991 and 1993.
