Megan Peterson

Megan Peterson is an experienced instructor and customer service manager with a strong background in education, technology, and client engagement. Currently serving as an instructor at Douglas County School System since June 2019, Megan develops and delivers both virtual and in-person training for over 820 clients, focusing on customized training plans, technology integration, and data-driven strategies. Previously, Megan was an instructor at New Life Academy of Excellence Inc., where Megan created a comprehensive curriculum for more than 600 clients and managed a team to enhance client success. Additionally, Megan has experience engaging with clients as a customer service manager at Meg Makes It and coaching at TPC Network and Dynamo Swim School. Megan holds a Master's degree in Art Teacher Education and is completing a Professional Certificate in Google UX Design.
