Douglas County School System
Roberto Contreras-Murillo is a dedicated educator and coach with extensive experience in teaching and sports. Currently serving as a High School Spanish Teacher and Assistant Volleyball Coach at Douglas County School System since July 2020, Roberto previously taught Middle School Health & Physical Education in Fulton County Schools, where contributions included serving on the Physical Education Priority Standards Committee and coaching boys volleyball. Previous roles include positions at East Lake Family YMCA, Carl Sanders Family YMCA, and LINGUAL KIDS INC, as well as involvement in various leadership and support roles at Georgia State University. Roberto holds a Master of Education in Instruction from Augusta University and a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Georgia State University.
