Sarah Lauber

Sarah Lauber is currently the Chief Financial Officer & Secretary at Douglas Dynamics. Prior to this, Sarah Lauber served as the Chief Financial Officer at Jason Industries, Inc from April 2015 to August 2017. Before that, Sarah Lauber was the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Regal Beloit Corporation from August 2011 to April 2015. Sarah Lauber began their career as a Financial Analyst at Darr Equipment Co in January 1996 and then became a Staff Accountant at KPMG Peat Marwick in January 1994. In January 1998, Sarah Lauber became the Corporate Controller at Micrografx, Inc and then in November 2002, Sarah Lauber became the Chief Financial Officer at A. O. Smith Corporation, Electrical Products Company where they were responsible for all areas of accounting, finance and import & export compliance for their global operations which include their operations in the United States, Mexico, China and Europe.

Sarah Lauber has an EMBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Administration with an Accounting concentration from California State University-San Bernardino.

Sarah Lauber reports to Robert McCormick, President and Chief Executive Officer. They are on a team with Keith Hagelin - President Commercial Snow & Ice, Jonathon P. Sievert - President, Work Truck Solutions.
