Stephen Larkin

Stephen Larkin is the Vice President of Public Relations at Douglas Elliman. Stephen has over fifteen years of experience in the public relations and marketing industry, specializing in the residential and commercial real estate space.

Stephen began their career as a paralegal at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, one of the largest law firms in the world. Stephen then transitioned to CBS News where they worked as an Associate Producer. In 2003, they joined The Corcoran Group, one of the largest residential real estate brokerages in New York City, as Vice President.

In 2005, Stephen founded Larkin Public Relations, a full-service public relations firm specializing in media relations, brand identity, creative partnerships and marketing solutions for real estate professionals. Stephen grew the firm to represent some of the leading names in real estate in New York, the Hamptons and Palm Beach. In 2015, they sold the firm and joined Relevance New York as Director. Stephen remained there until December 2016 when they joined Douglas Elliman as VP of Public Relations.
