Dina Medrano

Dina Medrano has over 17 years of experience in property management, currently serving as a Property Manager at Douglas Emmett since August 2006, where responsibilities include rent collections, lease negotiation, maximizing net operating income (NOI) and asset value, as well as supervising cleaning and maintenance activities. Previous experience includes working as an Administrative Assistant at Burns Security from February 1996 to October 1998. Dina Medrano pursued education at the Los Angeles Community College District from 1994 to 1995 and graduated from North High School in 1993.
