Erica Land

Erica Land has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Erica began their career as an Administrative Assistant at SolidWorks Designer from October 2008 to July 2011. Subsequently, they joined Universal Music Group as a Copyright Analyst Temp, where they were responsible for clearing publisher splits for music releases from August 2011 to January 2013. Erica then transitioned to Douglas Emmett, where they held multiple positions. Erica started as an Administrative Assistant from August 2013 to November 2016, followed by Assistant Property Manager from November 2016 to June 2019. Erica then progressed to the role of Property Manager from June 2019 to July 2022. Currently, Erica is serving as Operations Manager for Warner Center Towers in Woodland Hills, overseeing exterior operations, security, parking, landscaping, and janitorial functions while supervising onsite staff.

Erica Land attended Vanderbilt University, where they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Music with a specialization in Cello. Erica then pursued further education at Northwestern University, where they obtained a Master's degree in Journalism with a focus on Broadcasting.
