Kimberly Releford

Kimberly Releford has extensive work experience in lease administration. Kimberly started their career at Arden Realty, Inc. in 1997 as a Lease Administrator, where they were responsible for data entry coordination and processing move-outs. Kimberly also handled rent roll alterations, suite square footage updates, and set up recurring charges for tenants. In 2006, they were promoted to the role of Lease Administration Manager at Arden Realty, Inc., a GE Real Estate Company. In this role, they managed a team and oversaw lease administrative processes, including standard operating procedures, letter of credits reconciliation, lease abstracting, and reconciliation billing. Kimberly also trained and mentored new employees. In 2017, they joined Douglas Emmett as a Senior Lease Administrator.
