Matthew Ciriello

Matthew Ciriello is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in leasing and advisory roles. Currently serving as a Leasing Agent at Douglas Emmett since February 2023, Ciriello focuses on driving building absorption and revenue through commercial tenant leasing. Previously, Ciriello held the position of Senior Vice President at Cresa, leading the delivery of real estate solutions particularly for healthcare clients. With a strong background as Director of Real Estate at both Optum and DaVita Medical Group, Ciriello managed large national portfolios and negotiated complex lease transactions. Ciriello began the career as Real Estate Manager at DaVita Inc. and spent over a decade at Stone - Miller as Vice President, specializing in tenant advisory and commercial real estate services. Ciriello holds a Master of Real Estate Development from USC Sol Price School of Public Policy and a BA from Emory University.
