Stuart McElhinney

Stuart McElhinney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate finance and investor relations. As Vice President of Investor Relations and former Capital Markets Manager at Douglas Emmett since May 2004, Stuart has overseen the acquisition, disposition, and financing transactions related to a robust real estate portfolio valued at $7 billion, with total acquisition transactions exceeding $1 billion during tenure. Prior experience includes serving as an Acquisitions Intern at American Realty Advisors and working as a Senior Associate in Audit at Arthur Andersen LLP. Stuart holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance from USC Marshall School of Business and a BA in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara.
