Bill Dukowitz

Bill Dukowitz is an experienced manufacturing engineer supervisor with a strong background in the high-end manufacturing of aluminum and steel components for the packaging equipment industry. Since January 2013, Bill has overseen all aspects of the manufacturing process at Douglas Machine, drawing on previous experience as a production manager at Pro-Fab, Inc., where Bill utilized Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Bill's early career includes ownership of Vision Mold, Inc., producing plastic injection molds for various industries, and serving as a tool room supervisor at Bermo Inc., where Bill specialized in building plastics ejection molds and managing personnel.
