Kevin Lecompte

Kevin LeCompte, CMfgE, LSSBB, is an experienced Manufacturing Engineer currently serving as the Quality and Safety Supervisor at Tempur Sealy International since July 2023, leading efforts in plant-level safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Previous roles include Manufacturing Quality Engineer and Senior Quality Assurance Engineer at Riegl USA Inc., where responsibilities encompassed quality assurance and technical support. Kevin also served as a Reliability Engineer at Closure Systems International (CSI) and as a Manufacturing Engineer at Wabash National, focusing on engineering support, process improvement, and equipment design. Earlier in the career, Kevin worked as a Heat Treatment Engineer at NTK Precision Axle Corporation, specializing in induction heat treatment equipment. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering Related Technologies from Purdue University.
