Chad Dykstra

Chad Dykstra has extensive work experience in sales and marketing roles. Chad served as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Douglas Machines Corp. starting from April 2023. Previously, they worked at Simply Manufacturing, Inc. for four years as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Before that, Chad worked at Sani-Matic, Inc. for several years in various roles, including Director of Key Accounts, Food and Beverage, where they developed key account relationships and provided technical presentations to clients. Chad also held the position of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Sani-Matic, Inc., where they were responsible for the strategic direction of the sales department and coached sales personnel. Additionally, they worked as a Project Engineer, designing and developing cleaning equipment and collaborating with customer teams.

Chad Dykstra obtained an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Madison Area Technical College, where they studied from 1991 to 1993.
