Praveen Rajan

Praveen Rajan is an experienced professional in the fields of training, development, and operations management. Currently serving as the Head of Training and Development at the Water Authority of Fiji since December 2023, Praveen also holds the position of Learning & SHHE Partner at Douglas Pharmaceuticals from January 2023. Additionally, Praveen has been the Operations Manager and Engineering Team Leader/Training Officer at Frezco Beverages Pte Ltd since November 2021. Previous roles include Training Manager/OHS at Douglas Pharmaceuticals Fiji Limited and Engineering Manager at Douglas Pharmaceutical Fiji. Praveen's background also includes positions at the National Training & Productivity Centre at FNU as a Training Officer - Electronics, Apprenticeship Officer, and Registered Training Instructor. Educational qualifications encompass a Trade Certificate in Electronics from the Fiji Institute of Technology, an apprenticeship in Instrumentation/Electronics from FNTC/FSC, and a diploma in Electronics from The University of the South Pacific.
