Sander Van Der Laan

Sander van der Laan has been CEO of Douglas GmbH since November 2022. Previously, he led the Dutch non-food retailer Action as CEO for more than six years. He also spent more than 16 years in various management positions at the listed retail company Ahold Delhaize – most recently as CEO of the leading Dutch retail chain Albert Heijn.

Sander van der Laan studied at Nyenrode Business Universiteit in Breukelen, Netherlands, and holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree.
